Pratibha Chaurasia, CPA, CA, PhD
Pratibha Chaurasia is the Partner-in-Charge of Grassi India. She has more than 25 years of diverse experience in U.S. public accounting, attest, and tax services.
Pratibha has extensive experience working with clients on PCAOB and private-sector audits, as well as providing accounting services across various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, IT services, forex trading, and hospitality. She frequently conducts training sessions and educational seminars for clients and professional organizations related to accounting and auditing.
She is a licensed U.S. CPA in Delaware and an Indian Chartered Accountant (ICAI). Pratibha earned her Ph.D. in behavioral finance

Amber Chaurasia
Amber Chaurasia is the Chief Operating Officer of Grassi India and brings over 25 years of experience in the banking and capital markets sector.
Amber has worked for several of India’s most respected financial institutions, helping organizations build and grow profitable businesses, leading innovative product initiatives, and consistently demonstrating strong strategic vision and execution skills. Amber has made significant contributions to corporate governance in multiple companies.
As an Independent Director, he played a key role in supporting the growth of reputable Central India-based organizations, adding significant value through his financial insights and strategic guidance.
